China will ramp up fiscal stimulus to guard its economy against changes “unseen in a century” Premier Li Qiang said on Wednesday in a speech at the opening of the annual meeting of China’s parliament. Bejing aims to maintain a 5% growth target for 2025 amid a burgeoning trade war with the US.
